TCP11L2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCP11L2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,252 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCP11L2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TPPP, CDAN1_T71, and FEN1. Each is linked with TCP11L2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCP11L2-to-partner and partner-to-TCP11L2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TCP11L2 versus TPPP in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCP11L2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCP11L2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
