Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCP11L2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,314 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TCP11L2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MICU1, SLC31A1, and HVCN1. Each is linked with TCP11L2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCP11L2-to-partner and partner-to-TCP11L2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TCP11L2 versus MICU1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCP11L2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCP11L2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
