Across TCGA cell cohorts, TCP10L3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 169 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TCP10L3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of vitamin D receptor signaling pathway, Phospholipid efflux, and Chylomicron remodeling. Each is linked with TCP10L3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCP10L3-to-partner and partner-to-TCP10L3 results are reported.
