Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TCP10L3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated TCP10L3 data layer compared with 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher TCP10L3 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TCP10L3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and COAD show a favorable association.

BLCA, SKCM, and COAD are the cancer types where TCP10L3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
