Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCP10L2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,915 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TCP10L2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Autophagy of mitochondrion, Negative regulation of protein ubiquitination, and Protein-containing complex disassembly. Each is linked with TCP10L2 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCP10L2-to-partner and partner-to-TCP10L2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Autophagy of mitochondrion grouped by TCP10L2-low versus TCP10L2-high in STAD.
