TCP10L2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCP10L2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 321 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCP10L2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBMY2QP, KRTAP21-2, and XGY1. Each is linked with TCP10L2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCP10L2-to-partner and partner-to-TCP10L2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RBMY2QP grouped by TCP10L2-low versus TCP10L2-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCP10L2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCP10L2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
