TCP10L2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCP10L2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCP10L2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, Notch1, and p70-S6K. Each is linked with TCP10L2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCP10L2-to-partner and partner-to-TCP10L2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FoxM1 grouped by TCP10L2-low versus TCP10L2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCP10L2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCP10L2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
