TCOF1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCOF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,333 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCOF1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NPM1, NPM1_S254, and RRM2. Each is linked with TCOF1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCOF1-to-partner and partner-to-TCOF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TCOF1 versus NPM1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCOF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCOF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
