Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCIRG1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,558 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCIRG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PELATON, AQP9, and GPR84. Each is linked with TCIRG1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCIRG1-to-partner and partner-to-TCIRG1 results are reported.
