TCIRG1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TCIRG1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,238 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCIRG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLCC1, PSMA5, and STXBP3. Each is linked with TCIRG1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCIRG1-to-partner and partner-to-TCIRG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TCIRG1 versus CLCC1 in BLOOD_Lymphoma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCIRG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCIRG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
