TCIM

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCIM protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,159 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCIM-associated genes across cancer lineages are SERPINA3, WFDC2, and NCOA7. Each is linked with TCIM in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCIM-to-partner and partner-to-TCIM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TCIM versus SERPINA3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCIM→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCIM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
