TCIM

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCIM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 964 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCIM-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNAJA1P1, MIR6765, and SLC25A28. Each is linked with TCIM in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCIM-to-partner and partner-to-TCIM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DNAJA1P1 grouped by TCIM-low versus TCIM-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCIM→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCIM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
