TCHHL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCHHL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,831 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCHHL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SKA1, MYO19, and PARP2. Each is linked with TCHHL1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCHHL1-to-partner and partner-to-TCHHL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SKA1 grouped by TCHHL1-low versus TCHHL1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCHHL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCHHL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
