Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCFL5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,746 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TCFL5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RHOQ, RABGAP1, and CDC42BPA. Each is linked with TCFL5 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCFL5-to-partner and partner-to-TCFL5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TCFL5 versus RHOQ in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
