TCFL5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCFL5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,377 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCFL5-associated genes across cancer lineages are DYNLL1P5, MIR4679-2, and MIR3678. Each is linked with TCFL5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCFL5-to-partner and partner-to-TCFL5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DYNLL1P5 grouped by TCFL5-low versus TCFL5-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCFL5→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCFL5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
