TCFL5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCFL5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCFL5-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, JNK_pT183_Y185, and mTOR_pS2448. Each is linked with TCFL5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCFL5-to-partner and partner-to-TCFL5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EGFR_pY1068 grouped by TCFL5-low versus TCFL5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCFL5→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCFL5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
