TCF7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCF7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,583 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCF7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PSIP1, ZMAT2, and LMNB1. Each is linked with TCF7 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCF7-to-partner and partner-to-TCF7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TCF7 versus PSIP1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCF7→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCF7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
