TCF3P1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCF3P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,590 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCF3P1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYO1F, SAMHD1, and FGD2. Each is linked with TCF3P1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCF3P1-to-partner and partner-to-TCF3P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TCF3P1 versus MYO1F in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCF3P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCF3P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
