TCF3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCF3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,399 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCF3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HDAC2, SMC4, and SF3B1. Each is linked with TCF3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCF3-to-partner and partner-to-TCF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TCF3 versus HDAC2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
