Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCF25 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,137 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCF25-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nucleotide-sugar biosynthetic process, Oxidative RNA demethylation, and DNA alkylation repair. Each is linked with TCF25 in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCF25-to-partner and partner-to-TCF25 results are reported.
