TCF25

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCF25 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 52 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCF25-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGFBP2, eEF2, and A-Raf_pS299. Each is linked with TCF25 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCF25-to-partner and partner-to-TCF25 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGFBP2 grouped by TCF25-low versus TCF25-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCF25→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCF25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
