Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-MSCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, TCF25 mutation is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 72 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TCF25-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ACAD9, THOC3, and ACAT1. Each is linked with TCF25 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCF25-to-partner and partner-to-TCF25 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACAD9 grouped by TCF25-low versus TCF25-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCF25→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCF25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
