TCF21

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCF21 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,941 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCF21-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TNS2, VCL, and PURA. Each is linked with TCF21 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCF21-to-partner and partner-to-TCF21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TCF21 versus TNS2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCF21→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCF21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
