TCF21

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCF21 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,390 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCF21-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIT, CHRDL1, and RGCC. Each is linked with TCF21 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCF21-to-partner and partner-to-TCF21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TCF21 versus KIT in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCF21→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCF21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
