TCF21

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCF21 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCF21-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, GAPDH, and MAPK_pT202_Y204. Each is linked with TCF21 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCF21-to-partner and partner-to-TCF21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ERK2 grouped by TCF21-low versus TCF21-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCF21→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCF21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
