TCF19

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCF19 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,922 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCF19-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HAT1, ATAD2, and BAZ1B_S349. Each is linked with TCF19 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCF19-to-partner and partner-to-TCF19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TCF19 versus HAT1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCF19→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCF19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
