Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCF19 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,153 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TCF19-associated genes across cancer lineages are NUTF2, TUSC3, and MMD. Each is linked with TCF19 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCF19-to-partner and partner-to-TCF19 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TCF19 versus NUTF2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.86.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCF19→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCF19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
