TCF12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCF12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,685 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCF12-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TP53BP1, UBR1, and ENAH. Each is linked with TCF12 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCF12-to-partner and partner-to-TCF12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TCF12 versus TP53BP1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCF12→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCF12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
