Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TCF12 RNA is linked to patient survival in 27 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated TCF12 data layer compared with 6 for mutation status and 3 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher TCF12 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TCF12 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LGG and GBM show a favorable association.

UVM, LGG, and ACC are the cancer types where TCF12 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
