Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCF12 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,356 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TCF12-associated genes across cancer lineages are DCHS1, SCARF2, and RCOR2. Each is linked with TCF12 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCF12-to-partner and partner-to-TCF12 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TCF12 versus DCHS1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCF12→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCF12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
