TCF12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCF12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,502 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCF12-associated genes across cancer lineages are LMF2, RNA5SP412, and RNA5SP422. Each is linked with TCF12 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCF12-to-partner and partner-to-TCF12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LMF2 grouped by TCF12-low versus TCF12-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCF12→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCF12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
