Across TCGA cell cohorts, TCF12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,992 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCF12-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of heterochromatin organization, Subtelomeric heterochromatin formation, and Response to gonadotropin-releasing hormone. Each is linked with TCF12 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCF12-to-partner and partner-to-TCF12 results are reported.
