TCERG1P2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCERG1P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,453 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCERG1P2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ADA2, CELF2, and APOL3. Each is linked with TCERG1P2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCERG1P2-to-partner and partner-to-TCERG1P2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TCERG1P2 versus ADA2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCERG1P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCERG1P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
