Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCERG1P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,957 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCERG1P2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Telomere maintenance via telomere lengthening, Regulation of telomere maintenance via telomere lengthening, and Regulation of DNA biosynthetic process. Each is linked with TCERG1P2 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCERG1P2-to-partner and partner-to-TCERG1P2 results are reported.
