Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCERG1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,983 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TCERG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SETDB1, CHTOP, and CLK2. Each is linked with TCERG1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCERG1-to-partner and partner-to-TCERG1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TCERG1 versus SETDB1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCERG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCERG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
