TCERG1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCERG1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,227 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCERG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL22P20, PTTG1, and MIR5580. Each is linked with TCERG1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCERG1-to-partner and partner-to-TCERG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL22P20 grouped by TCERG1-low versus TCERG1-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCERG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCERG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
