TCEANC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCEANC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,659 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCEANC-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3925, RNA5SP147, and MIR4672. Each is linked with TCEANC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCEANC-to-partner and partner-to-TCEANC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3925 grouped by TCEANC-low versus TCEANC-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCEANC→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCEANC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
