TCEAL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCEAL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,958 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCEAL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TCEAL4, TCEAL1_S28, and EPM2AIP1. Each is linked with TCEAL1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCEAL1-to-partner and partner-to-TCEAL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TCEAL1 versus TCEAL4 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCEAL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCEAL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
