TCEAL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCEAL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,257 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCEAL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU4-16P, RNU6-933P, and TRAJ21. Each is linked with TCEAL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCEAL1-to-partner and partner-to-TCEAL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU4-16P grouped by TCEAL1-low versus TCEAL1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCEAL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCEAL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
