Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCEA1P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,167 significant associations in total. PRAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCEA1P2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are COPII-coated vesicle cargo loading, Neuronal stem cell population maintenance, and XMP metabolic process. Each is linked with TCEA1P2 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCEA1P2-to-partner and partner-to-TCEA1P2 results are reported.
