Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TCEA1P2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 26 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated TCEA1P2 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher TCEA1P2 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TCEA1P2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and KIRC show a favorable association.
CESC, UVM, and STAD are the cancer types where TCEA1P2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
