TCEA1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCEA1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,331 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCEA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAD21, COPS5, and RBM12B. Each is linked with TCEA1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCEA1-to-partner and partner-to-TCEA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCEA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCEA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
