TCAP

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCAP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,482 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCAP-associated genes across cancer lineages are CTSG, SLC8A3, and DOK5. Each is linked with TCAP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCAP-to-partner and partner-to-TCAP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TCAP versus CTSG in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
