TCAP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCAP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 51 significant associations in total. CESC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCAP-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTCO2P31, LCE4A, and USP9YP2. Each is linked with TCAP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCAP-to-partner and partner-to-TCAP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTCO2P31 grouped by TCAP-low versus TCAP-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
