TBXA2R

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBXA2R RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,144 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBXA2R-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PCOLCE, CD248, and COL5A2. Each is linked with TBXA2R in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBXA2R-to-partner and partner-to-TBXA2R results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TBXA2R versus PCOLCE in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBXA2R→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBXA2R) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
