TBXA2R

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBXA2R protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,096 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBXA2R-associated genes across cancer lineages are IDNK, CAPN5, and NNT-AS1. Each is linked with TBXA2R in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBXA2R-to-partner and partner-to-TBXA2R results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TBXA2R versus IDNK in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBXA2R→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBXA2R) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
