TBXA2R

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBXA2R mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBXA2R-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, Caspase-8, and GSK3-a-b. Each is linked with TBXA2R in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBXA2R-to-partner and partner-to-TBXA2R results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MEK1 grouped by TBXA2R-low versus TBXA2R-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBXA2R→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBXA2R) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
