Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBX4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,893 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TBX4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CGN_S329, REV3L, and RPL18A_S123. Each is linked with TBX4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBX4-to-partner and partner-to-TBX4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TBX4 versus CGN_S329 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBX4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBX4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
