Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBX4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,231 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TBX4-associated genes across cancer lineages are UPB1, CENPM, and CHRDL1. Each is linked with TBX4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBX4-to-partner and partner-to-TBX4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TBX4 versus UPB1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBX4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBX4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
