The most reproducible TBX4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Proteasomal ubiquitin-independent protein catabolic process, Regulation of amyloid-beta clearance, and Golgi vesicle transport. Each is linked with TBX4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBX4-to-partner and partner-to-TBX4 results are reported.
